At Computexc 2015, Apacer present its brand new, upgraded industrial SSD solutions. Data security is enhanced through protection mechanism triggered by NFC; SSD CoreAnalyzer is an innovative analysis technology to comprehensively record and analyze actual usage scenarios of SSD operation, fully exploring behavior of applications, designing the most reliable systems and providing the top services; Apacer provides high-speed, high-capacity PCIe and the SATA 3 SSD series to respond to the demand of cloud computing.

Highlights of Apacer’s Industrial SSD at Computex Taipei 2015

  • NFC SSD Protection Technology

Apacer continues to perfect the SSD CoreSecurity Technology. This year, Apacer launches NFC SSD to realize convenient data protection demand, which by simply turning on NFC SSDWidget via NFC-enabled smartphones to trigger controlling security functions such as Boot Protect and Write Protect. NFC SSD utilizes Near Field Communication standards and connects with smartphone through encoded interactive technology to prevent important data from being intercepted during communication, in order to enhance data security.

  • SSD CoreAnalyzer

To assist clients study user behavior of systems and to adopt most optimal SSD, Apacer has developed the exclusive SSD CoreAnalyzer Technology. The CoreAnalyzer firmware embedded in Apacer SSD records all reading and writing actions at the host end, analyzes the data and stores it in the SSD. The CoreAnalyzer further presents user behavior of SSD, including read/write ratio, workload, ratio of sequential write, and random access ratio. In addition to allowing clients to fully understand the user behavior of SSD, CoreAnalyzer can also provide references for clients in choosing the most optimal SSD.

  • High-Speed PCIe and SATA 3 SSD

Apacer’s industrial memory product line provides new memory solutions: the new PCIe SSD and SATA 3 SSD. Through high-speed interface, data processing capacity is greatly enhanced. All new PCIe SSDs use the new PCIe Gen 3×4, achieving a maximum speed of 2800MB/sec; the product line features M.2 2280, 22110, and 2.5” SSD. The 2.5” SATA 3 SSD has a maximum capacity of 2TB, and IOPS can be reached at 100k, satisfying the demand for real time data access.
